Our wines are made for gastronomy. They are to be enjoyed in company and for the southern European lifestyle. Food and wine are twinned, as part of a healthy diet. To accompany this pure and authentic cuisine, our wines must be dynamic, fresh and elegant.
At L’école, we make wines from lively, historic regions with an ancient winemaking tradition, some in full bloom, others forgotten or recovering. The vineyards we work are strongly shaped by the climate, the orography and the environment, they are always of an extreme nature and of indigenous varieties in old age.
Oenologists and winegrowers with academic and practical training, with a vocation, we have tried to learn and assimilate what we love and express it in our work over the years. Travelling is the great wealth of the oenologist, because in each place there is a unique work that deserves to be presented. After many years of experience in winemaking and vineyards in various wine-growing areas, it is the perfect time to show you L’école.
